Her work is so good, from the beautiful presentation she set up for the chips and dips to the amazing dinner service. The food was a huge hit with all of our guests. “I cannot say enough good things about Adam and his team. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (with multiple guests days later still saying how much they loved everything but especially the blue corn grits which are a must have in my opinion), but the team handled a little rain delay with no stress and it made the evening so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Adam was amazing about dietary restrictions, and provided delicious options for them as well that were not just an after thought. Any future NOLA events we will be running to this amazing team again! ”
