“Adam and the Two Bites team were fantastic! My partner and I asked Adam to cater our wedding after having his food from his popups and other events around New Orleans. He was incredibly professional, kind, communicative, and sensitive to our budget. The food was beyond amazing and everyone was raving about it - we had an appetizer station and buffet inside, as well as a charbroiled oyster station outside. It was a lot to keep up with, but no one was ever waiting for replenishments. The team boxed up leftovers for late night snacks as well, which were devoured by the time the party was over.
