“We looked far and wide for a good caterer. We live in New Orleans so we know that all food here is good, there's another tier you can reach when it comes to truly excellent food. We found Adam at a popup at Margaret Place and luckily he did weddings, so we set up a tasting. He tailored the menu according to our history as a couple, the vibe we wanted to go for and our favorite foods. I've truly never had so many people text me after saying how good our food was. Even the local NOLA people that attended the wedding loved the food. We did family style which was so much fun. His plating was beautiful and everyone loved passing the food around like a great dinner party. Somehow even the chicken thighs we got came out with perfectly baked crispy skin for every single person. My favorite was the pulled pork, and I really don't even like pulled pork. He was extremely relaxed and easy to work with, in the best way possible. Just book him or at least a tasting.”
