“Jonathan did a fantastic job on our wedding. The lighting for everything was spot on. My venue didn't have a separate bridal suite to get ready in, so he was able to work magic to make our hotel suite look great for the getting ready photos. Jonathan is punctual, professional, and a great communicator. My husband doesn't typically like staged photos taken but he was comfortable and happy that our day felt natural and non-invasive. We were able to spend a lot of time celebrating with our guests and that was what we were hoping for. The wedding was on a Saturday evening, and I already had a large preview file by Monday morning. Then I received the entire edited file just two weeks later. The photos looked great, and the timeline really exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend Jonathan to anyone needing a photographer.”

“As a wedding officiant, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with King on a beach destination (the couple are Canadians) wedding. It was a crazy, blustery day on the beach but King was a total pro, taking time before the ceremony, to go over my normal movements and special moments that the couple had planned. Afterwards, he even prepared - less than a week later - a small gallery of ceremony moments just for me, emailing me a link and permission to use. The photos were fabulous! “I first found Brooke in the summer of 2022 as I putting together the pieces to do a surprise proposal at Split Rock Lighthouse along the North Shore in Minnesota. At the time I had spoken with multiple photographers within Minnesota to try and help capture my surprise proposal. During my search I found Brooke Dinkel Photography. After hearing back from Brooke that she was available the weekend I was planning my surprise proposal we set up a phone call to discuss my vision. Brooke was a pleasure to work with as she helped give suggestions on the surprise such as timing of the proposal with weather, location for the best background, and how to obtain live reaction photos without giving away the surprise. After an unforgettable proposal we then had a photo shoot that included a gift of custom champagne glasses and champagne. After our proposal we framed two of our favorite photos in our house. To this day every time we look at these photos the emotions come flooding back on how special that moment was for both of us. This lifetime gift of remembrance was in part of Brooke’s professionalism, creativity, and passion. It was a no brainer that we wanted to have Brooke be our photographer for our wedding day. We stayed in touch with Brooke as we planned our wedding and were able to meet her husband, Tyler. Brooke has multiple different packages for a wedding day which gave us comfort in planning our budget. Brooke and Tyler went beyond our expectations as they were able to attend our rehearsal dinner and capture amazing photos including wedding party and family gift giving, night before speeches, and our pre-wedding excitement. It was clear the Brooke’s experience made her well-equipped from a photography standpoint during a busy and fast paced wedding day to capture all the big moments. Brooke made it an emphasis in connecting with us to establish a timeline, family portrait pairings, and candid photos ahead of time. This put us at ease knowing that we were all on the same page and allowing us to focus on celebrating with our friends and family. By far our most memorable moment working with Brooke was our sunset photo session on the evening of our wedding. Similar to our proposal photos, every time we look back on our sunset photos all the emotions of joy and excitement come rushing back. We have nothing by thanks and gratitude for Brooke and Tyler and their incredible work. They are both approachable, kind, creative, and detail orientated. “My husband and I got married on a hiking trail near Seattle in 2015. We lived in Nashville, and had never even been to Seattle, yet we had a trip planned there and decided to elope. I found Tyler's photography website online, and immediately could tell his style was exactly what I was looking for. The entire time leading up to our trip, Tyler's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure our elopement went exactly like we wanted it to. He even let me ride with him to our elopement spot, as my soon-to-be husband rode with our officiant (we wanted to do a first look, so I didn't want to ride in the same vehicle). We didn't have a specific plan for that day, but Tyler facilitated it so effortlessly -- as if it had been planned all along. He suggested a first look at the base of the hiking trail, and after that we hiked together until we found a good clearing in the woods for the little ceremony. When that was over, we hiked the rest of the way to the top, where we took a few more photos and signed our wedding license. Tyler even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Tyler, his assistant, and our officiant were the only ones there besides my husband and I, and we enjoyed the day together as if we had been friends all along. Now that I've made it clear how highly I think of Tyler's communication, suggestions, and helpfulness, I'll add that his photography is incredible. I wasn't sure how the pictures would turn out, as our elopement day was overcast and seemed to be on the brink of rain-- but as soon as I saw them for the first time, I was blown away. In the years following, several people have told me our wedding photos are the best they have ever seen. Tyler took a beautiful location, and truly did it justice with his camera- a feat not every photographer can achieve. (And to think half of the photos were taken WHILE he was hiking alongside with us!) If you want a personable, professional, and helpful photographer who can deliver the photographs you'll cherish for the rest of your life, look no further. Tyler is your guy!!”

“I had the best experience with OLAS! From engagement photos to the wedding, Graham was our photographer and he was excellent! He is super quick and officiant. We wanted to make sure we would have ample time with our guests at our wedding and not waste too much time on photos and Graham made that happen. He was so quick it almost didn't seem like I was even ready for the photo to be taken, but sure enough when my sneak peaks came back, they were all breath taking and amazing, I can't even choose one.
