She was early to set up and still made it work when I arrived with my hair in the improper condition. Due to timing constraints at my venue, she did my hair while I was having my makeup done in a directors chair and stood on a freaking chair to make it work! Look at the dedication! I can’t go without mentioning that my hair looked the same at 2 am as it did at 11 am when she did it! After an outdoor ceremony in 90 heat, and hours of dancing and sweating, my hair was still beautiful and shapely, so I could tell she used very high quality hold products. “I truly don’t think there’s enough good things to say about Zach. His patience and kind heart made my husband and I more than comfortable on our wedding day. We’ve never really been on video before so we were nervous about having a videographer at first. From the moment I shook Zach’s hand and met him we knew we made the best choice. It rained our entire wedding day and if you watched our video and hadn’t known that you would’ve never known. The shots he got despite the weather leave us so grateful. Just when we thought we couldn’t appreciate him more, we got our videos back. Every person I’ve showed our footage to are floored. They all say “it looks like a movie”. He captured our love so perfectly. Our photographer unfortunately did not get any shots of our memorial table. We were heartbroken until we realized Zach got plenty of footage of our memorial table for us. That in itself is worth 5 stars. The phenomenal videos is just even more reason. He even went back and edited our film after I wanted to make changes and had the new video back to us in 24 hours. From using a drone to multiple cameras being set up during the ceremony and first dance, Fen did it all! We saw a ton of sweet moments we may have missed and it was the best reliving every second of our special day watching our video.
