“RUN, do not walk to hire BPP. I wanted to hire a content creator to have trusted hands give us a view of what our day would look like from a guest perspective via iPhone, and WOW. Without a doubt they were our favorite vendor; from start to finish, they were professional and on top of their game. They captured EVERY SINGLE MOMENT AND DETAIL. And it all looked so unbelievably perfect, they have a great eye. “I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”

“I was looking all over for a photographer and when I landed on her Insta, I fell in love with Jumara's editing style, so of course I contacted her asap a year in advance just to make sure she was available for my date!! Overall, Jumara went above and beyond to capture the beautiful moments of our special day. Her attention to detail must be noted! One of our bridesmaids forgot to take a hairband off her wrist, and Jumara noticed it immediately and pointed it out. When we were taking family photos, she also spent extra time repositioning every specific person so that the overall photo would look balanced. I honestly just expected her to snap the photos as is, but nope, she made sure to stage each and every person so that everyone's face could be seen (and there were a lot in our LARGE family)!! Speaking of our large family, Jumara had SO much patience and handled it like a champ. I felt like it was so chaotic, but she didn't even seem to break out a sweat! At one point, she decided it would look better if some individuals sat down for the photos, so she and her second shooter quickly and tirelessly grabbed chairs for them (I would have been physically exhausted if I had to do that lol). I really appreciated her very specific posing instructions, so I didn't have to think about where to place my hands, or whether to smile, etc. Jumara was great about communicating with us throughout the event to make sure we were okay with taking more photos in certain areas, etc. I was constantly worried we were running behind schedule, but she reassured us when we had extra time to take even more photos, even including some spontaneous ones with my family before the ceremony! I felt sorry about her having to deal with the groom and I's large families, from coordinating our formal family portraits with its MULTIPLE configurations, to PATIENTLY following us around during the reception as we greeted each table and took pics. And at the end of this stressful and eventful day, as we were saying goodbye, Jumara didn't even seem tired at all! Thank you Jumara, I am so glad I found you!! Also, shout out to her assistant photographer Kirsten Joci for working tirelessly as well throughout the event! At one point amid the chaos of taking family photos, she even ran and got us boba to make sure we stayed hydrated and energized! Thank you! After the wedding, 3 days later, we received a few photos as a sneak peek, and they look amazing! I can't wait to get the rest!! (eta 4-8 weeks)”

“Jessica from start to finish was the best! She was professional and on time. She was very kind and sweet and talk about patient. We had a lot going and she navigated through all the chaos. She took the time to ask me about what I wanted in photos and made sure she got every single one of the shots that were important to me and much more. I mean her work is beautiful. She really captured the most amazing moments. She knows what she’s doing because everyone of those pictures I felt like a star. The quality of the photos are amazing! My planner had to leave early because an emergency and she had people stand in to coordinate. “Tyler from Jammin’ DJs brought the right vibes on our wedding night! We had live musicians for ceremony and cocktail hour, but starting with grand entrances and through dinner/dancing, Tyler seamlessly took over. Something important to look for in DJs is comfort making announcements, and that was very well done here. He made extra sure to check pronunciations and ensure what he was saying was what we wanted to happen. My husband and I love all kinds of music, so it was impressive that he sifted through the long list of requests with a through-the-decades method that had cohesiveness. The uplighting as part of the package was great, too. It signaled the change from classy ceremony and dinner with orange/gold tones to a bluer/neon dancing vibe. My only complaint (and I don’t think this is on Tyler’s side of the business) was that we very explicitly communicated over the phone that venue setup time was 2h before the ceremony, but that we wouldn’t be needing DJ services until post-cocktail hour. We made it through a phone call with John, a full contract-signing exchange, and a video conference with Tyler before Jammin’ DJs notified us we’d need to pay an extra 125 setup fee for the setup-to-usage delay. It was very stressful to have this on our plate during wedding week, and despite questioning this Jammin’ DJs stood firm. It felt like we got backed into a corner to make the company more money when we were in a bad position (close to the wedding!) On the scale of a wedding, maybe 125 isn’t that much, but it’s the fact that we felt repeatedly not listened to and that it was such a scramble time-wise making this leave a sour taste. I want to close this review by emphasizing this has little to do with Tyler and that I would still use this DJ service again!
