My Old Kentucky Barn is a new venue in an old tobacco barn. The 1800’s barn is situated on over 50 acres on Main Street in Williamstown, Kentucky. Our owner John grew up in Williamstown and, along with his brother Mike, spent a lot of time painting the white board fence and planting Canna bulbs in the spring. John is only the fourth owner of the property in 180 years. The Webb Family were the longest running owners. In fact, they donated land from the property to form Webb Park to the south. John and Edna Risen purchased the property in 1976 and sold it to John over 15 years ago. There is so much history here and we are excited that others can now enjoy the barn. Even though the outside of the barn looks new, all of the old detail is still there on the inside. We know that brides and grooms will make great memories here with their families. It will also be the perfect venue for milestone birthday parties, reunions and other memorable events.

The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.

We can host any event up to 150 guests. The house is 3,000 sq ft with large kitchen. The house is easy to divide for day-of preparation, each side has access to a full sized bathroom. There’s an event level restroom for guests. No vendor restrictions. Our current wedding package starts at $4,500 and includes use of house, barn and grounds for the weekend and includes chairs, tables and table cloths. We also have coordination and all inclusive packages. We have off-season (KISS $1,000-$1,500) and small event (less than 30 guests approx $500) options as well.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot!
