I set out goals to help meet all types of customers dietary needs and wants. I have a wide selection of flavors along with wedding cake packages. I also make dessert tables and mini bite size desserts as well.

After pursuing a degree in fine art with a concentration in graphic design and working in the industry I took an opportunity to open a restaurant and market with my mom. As fate would have it, that business lead me to grow my baking skills and I later combined that with my desire to create fine art and started Gingerspice Bakery.
