I'm Nicole, the pastry chef and founder of Sevens BAKEHOUSE. Inspired by my West Coast roots and over 16 years in the culinary industry, I create thoughtfully crafted pastries and cakes using organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. My designs are simple, elegant, and nature-inspired—highlighting beautiful flavors without overshadowing the natural beauty around them. Every creation is made with care, nostalgia, and a commitment to quality.

Having grown up on the West Coast, I developed a design style that embraces simplicity, organic elements, and understated elegance rather than overly ornate trends. While every cake is crafted to complement the aesthetic of your wedding day, flavor is always my first priority. I believe a wedding cake should be just as memorable to eat as it is to look at. My designs are intentionally refined and timeless, allowing the venue, landscape, and unique atmosphere of your celebration to shine. Rather than competing with nature, I create cakes that feel like a natural extension of it—beautiful, elegant, and effortlessly fitting within the moment.

    The most incredible cakes!!!!

    My family has been lucky enough to enjoy her cakes for many special occasions. Nicole has made birthday cakes for my son over the years, and most recently she created my little sister's wedding cake. In every case, she exceeded expectations. Her cakes are not only beautiful, but the flavors are always thoughtful, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Nicole puts care and effort into every project she takes on. She listens closely, pays attention to the details, and creates something that feels truly special for each celebration. Whether it's a birthday cake or a wedding cake, you can trust that it will be crafted with exceptional skill and care. I cannot recommend Seven's Bakehouse enough. Nicole's passion for what she does shines through in every cake she creates, and I look forward to celebrating many more milestones with her work at the center of them.

    Cakes taste just as great as they look

    Nicole created the most beautiful birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. She took my idea and turned it into something even more special than I imagined. The details matched the inspo pictures and everyone at the party loved the cake. What impressed me most was that the flavor was just as incredible as the design. Lots of cakes look beautiful but don't taste as beautiful, this looked and tasted great. Every guest commented on how delicious it was, and several people asked where we ordered it from. Nicole was professional, creative, and easy to work with. If you're looking for someone who can create a cake that looks great and genuinely delicious, I highly recommend Seven's Bakehouse. We will absolutely be ordering from her again for future celebrations.
