This room can accommodate roughly 50-60 guests. The Rooftop River Room is a fully enclosed rooftop that offers nearly 360-degree views of the Navesink River. Similar to the Main Dining Room it features two solid glass garage doors that open, in addition to the two sliding glass doors on the right hand wall. This room can accommodate roughly 30 guests. The Turtle Room is located on our second floor, and accommodates 20 guests. This room boasts an upscale relaxing environment coupled with the benefits of a private space. And last, we have our Starfish Room, this room allows roughly 30 guests. The Whitechapel Projects was developed in a 120 year Warehouse complex through an environmentally friendly construction process called adaptive reuse. Adaptive reuse takes a structure that has outlived its usefulness, deconstructs it, and rebirths it using its original construction material. During the deconstruction process, we harvested 72,000 bricks, over 3 tons of timbers, tin ceilings, doors, pipes and even plywood. The harvested material was used in the reconstruction process to pave the courtyard, build walls, furniture, bars, tables , tap handles, and more.
