We are an outdoor venue with a spacious lawn and garden area. There is a turf reception area, with a brick inlay dance floor. Both spaces are covered in a beautiful white event tent, with optional sides that have cathedral style windows for protection from cold or weather. We can host your small, quaint wedding, or a large fun and festive event with up to 150 guests. We offer hourly or day rentals, or full weekend packages. Established in 2014. I have been a lifelong artist. In fact, when I was in 2nd grade, I said when I grew up I wanted to be an artist with insurance haha! I went to school at Northern Michigan University and got a BS degree in Art Education with a concentration in photography. While in college I started taking portraits and shot my first wedding in 2014. After teaching K-12 Art for three years, I was able to shift to become a wedding photographer full time in 2017. I am so grateful to have my dream job - I'm officially an artist with insurance!

Pinecrest Northwoods is a wilderness retreat with over 100 acres of trails, an authentic Finnish sauna, and access to the Michigamme River and Juncob Lake. During the summer you can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking and most other outdoor activities.
