While we went simple with BBQ, mac & cheese, and other fan favorites from their menu, we had more compliments and happy guests because of the food than anything else. The hardest decision you will have to make is which items to cut because they're all SO GOOD! From a buffet style to plated dinners, we've been lucky to encounter FOC at many of our friends' weddings and other events in the last 7 years also. Since our wedding, we've utilized FOC for their event space and catering for our other important events, i.e. baby shower, first birthdays, holiday meals, etc. The professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction are of utmost importance and it fully shows in every aspect of their operation.
