The Wharf Dockmaster Building is located at the end of District Pier and your rental includes the space on the pier around it. You have wrap around balconies and 270 degree views of the river and boats, plus the Washington Monument. Your rental gives you the building for the day so you can do any advance decorating, load in etc. It is unfurnished space – typically your caterer will coordinate tables, chairs etc. and help you design the look you want. Our inside capacity is typically 100 seated dinner style or 140-150 standing cocktail style.

Located in Rock Hall, Maryland, our properties are the ideal setting for any waterfront event. With five guest buildings totaling 21 rooms and suites, plus a private full-house rental, we know what it takes to make your special day a memorable one.
