We can date our property back to 1867 when it was a fully operational tobacco farm. Today, these historic buildings are part of what makes our property so special. The General Potter Farm is an all-season venue for the ultimate in rustic barn weddings and events. Located just outside of State College, PA, the General Potter Farm sits on 12 acres of woods, fields and streams in Penns Valley. ​Heritage Restored is a farm that will give you the setting for your wedding or special event that evokes a sense of history, peaceful views, and plenty of space to utilize. The 57 acre property will give a deep breath of relaxation to your event and can accommodate over 200 guests. Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

Stone Ridge Acres began construction in 2019 and has been hosting weddings since 2022. It lies on a beautiful ridge in the heart of Pennsylvania. Stone Ridge Acres is owned and operated by Mike & Sarah Brubaker who reside in McAlisterville, Pa. Our goal is to provide a venue with a country-style, as the land surrounding is still being farmed, but has the elegant appeal that anyone would admire. Harmony Forge Inn is a beautiful bed & breakfast, wedding venue and event center located in central PA. Built in 1918, the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was a functioning ribbon mill until 1987. The building sat mostly empty until the MCcarren family bought the property in 2003. They spent the next few years bringing it back to life and 2006 started restoration on what is now the Carlisle Ribbon Mill Banquet Facility.
