Plan A is an award-winning video production company made up of a small team of passionate filmmakers dedicated to producing cinematic wedding films. Established in 2012 by founder and lead cinematographer/editor, Jon Romashko, Plan A strives to make every wedding film personal and authentic, creatively telling the story of each unique couple on one of the most important days of their lives. To us, filming weddings is also about making a connection with fun couples who appreciate what we do and want to walk away from their wedding days with something they'll enjoy re-watching over and over again for years to come.

Our couples are so much more to us than a “job” and we can only hope that we will become so much more to you than a “wedding vendor.'' Whether you're across town, or across the country, we'll travel just about anywhere to capture your wedding day in a truly unforgettable way. Real wedding inspiration featuring Plan A

Yes and no. For our Trailer and Highlight Packages, we ask you for a list of song choices you would like to see used in the video, and we pick the ones we think work best with the footage. For the Short Film Package, we choose an instrumental song that goes well with the footage.
Films are edited and presented online to the couple within 60 days of the wedding day, sometimes sooner.
Every video produced by Plan A is personally shot by owner and lead cinematographer Jon Romashko. When the package calls for it, other members of the Plan A team film as well, but Jon shoots every wedding. He also edits them!
Yes. Let us know what you're thinking and we can make special arrangements. We encourage your help in the creative process and would love to hear your ideas.
Easy! To start the process, contact us by phone or email and we'll let you know if we're available on your wedding date. A signed contract and non-refundable 50% deposit reserves the date.
We’re always upgrading our equipment but as of 2018, we’re shooting with the Panasonic GH5 in 4K.
