We started Pass the Cam because we wished it existed for our own wedding. Your videographer can only be in one place at a time. Pass the Cam fills that gap by turning your guests into a second film crew. Here's how it works: we ship a camcorder to you before your wedding. Guests pass it around throughout the day, capturing moments as they happen. Afterward, we handle everything. We edit the footage and deliver it digitally so every clip lands in one place, ready to watch and keep forever. No app. No coordinating. No extra work on your end. Just an affordable way to make sure the moments that matter don't get lost.

    This whole experience was absolutely perfect. If you are on the fence about a videographer for your wedding, and not really wanting to go all out, this is what you need to do!! It’s so much fun getting to pass the camcorder around to all your friends and family on your big day and you can just make it completely your own. I know I’ll have this cute little video forever and I can’t wait to show my kids one day! Felipe is awesome and will help you with literally anything highly recommend pass the cam!

Booking is simple! Just click the "Book Now" button under the package that fits your needs. You'll enter your event date, and if it's available, you can complete checkout right away. If your date is already booked, the system won't let you proceed — so you'll never accidentally double-book. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, so your information is always protected.
Once we receive your camcorder back, our editors typically deliver your finished film within 2–3 weeks. Need it faster? Our Deluxe package includes priority editing for quicker turnaround.
Absolutely not! That's the whole point. The camcorder is designed to be point-and-shoot simple. We also include a shot list guide and QR code tutorial to help your guests capture the best moments. Your film comes out professional because our editors know how to work with any footage.
We make sure we ship it way in advance so that it arrives 4 to 5 days before your event. You'll have plenty of time to get familiar with the camcorder and even do a test run before the big day.
Yes! Your raw footage is yours to keep. We send all the raw footage directly to your inbox along with your finished film, so you have every original clip to revisit or edit yourself if you'd like.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability, though last-minute bookings are sometimes possible. Popular dates (spring/summer weddings, holidays) book up fast, the sooner, the better!
