Major Issues With Delivery and Communication
My husband and I hired Neil Lopez Films for our June 2025 wedding. While he was present and appeared professional on the wedding day, the biggest issue has been delivery. Per our contract, we were supposed to receive a teaser, highlight video, full ceremony, behind‑the‑scenes clips, and speeches/toasts within weeks of the wedding. As of April 29, 2026, I have received nothing but the full ceremony video, which was delivered in August 2025. Although we saw him capturing moments throughout the day, we don’t actually know what was filmed since nothing else was ever delivered. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly promised delivery dates that were missed, with different excuses each time. I have been beyond patient and forgiving with Neil Lopez. Due to missed deadlines, poor communication, and incomplete delivery, I would not recommend Neil Lopez Films. Please do yourself a favor and hire someone else. A wedding is a special day and should be captured by someone who cares and delivers as promised. I never though I would be dealing with this, Neil and his brother seemed very professional and gave me the impression that Neil would deliver professional results.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Videography
We hired Neil Lopez Films for our wedding videography, and it was, without question, one of the most disappointing decisions we made during the entire planning process. The final videos were of noticeably poor quality, and, even more concerning, included audible instances of him making inappropriate comments in the background. This alone reflects a serious lack of professionalism, especially given the significance of the occasion. In addition, the delivery timeline extended four months beyond what was originally promised. Throughout that period, communication was marked by repeated excuses rather than accountability or transparency. He provided at least five separate assurances regarding delivery timelines, none of which were met, reflecting a consistent lack of reliability and follow-through. It is also worth noting that the videos were only delivered after we formally raised the possibility of legal action, something that should never be necessary for a service of this nature. Despite the extended delay, the final product still fell well below reasonable expectations. Do yourself a favor and book with literally anyone else.

BOOK WITH NEIL!
We couldn't have asked for a better videographer than Neil for our wedding day. From start to finish, he was an absolute joy to work with—professional, creative, and genuinely kind. Neil has an incredible eye for capturing the little moments that mean the most.
