The most common advice an engaged couple hears in regard to their wedding day is that they will spend so much time, money, and energy to make everything absolutely perfect; all for it to be over in a what feels like a blink of an eye. You will (and should!) be so caught up in all the excitement of your special day-- the smiles, the happy tears, the hugs and kisses, the friends, the family, the traditions, the dancing… there are lots of quick, beautiful moments that would otherwise be missed.

I love to capture the little moments we tend to miss, a soft look between two partners, a mother calming their child, a grandfather dancing and having a blast. To me, those are the moments that matter, the memories I think will last.

    I met Danielle years ago at one of our very first weddings. We were both just starting out, and didn't have the experience either of us have today. I remember meeting her and feeling instantly like I had known her for decades. She has an innate understanding of how a wedding day should work and how a couple should be treated, and quickly she became one of my favorite filmmakers to work with. Now, despite the distance between her and I, she is one of my favorite humans. What started out as a professional networking relationship pretty much immediately resulted in a friendship— I trust Danielle with all kinds of things I don't even trust my closer circle with. And I'm not joking— if you hire her for your wedding, you will too. The way she treated our couple, even way back then when she was just starting out, was very much like they were her friends or family members— not clients. She's only gotten better at anticipating a couple's needs. I have worked with hundreds of videographers since then and Danielle will always be my number one because she just gets it. It's that simple. She will bend over backward for a bride, help pin boutonnières, make beautiful, stylistic decisions under extreme pressure, and still be right next to you on the dance floor 8 hours later. Danielle has NEVER once ruined a shot in the thousands of images I've taken along her side (I'm sure I've ruined plenty of her footage with my big head in the way). Technically and stylistically, her work speaks for itself. She has an energy that I could only dream of trying to bring to a wedding— it's bubbly, overjoyed for you, and she's more than able to take charge when needed. BUT, she is also so sensitive to her couple's needs and to other vendors' needs. She will work tirelessly to make sure she is in line with what you need for your day, capturing her footage without interrupting the other services you have throughout the day and without taking up insane amounts of time. Danielle will never make you fake it— she gets it right the first time, documenting real beautiful moments. Over the years Danielle and I have worked together at events of all sizes, kinds, backgrounds, and at all kinds of venues. We have helped each other grow our businesses and serve our couples better and the way that Danielle speaks about her business tells you all you need to know. LP is Danielle's baby. She is constantly trying to improve her craft and create her art in a way that captures her couple's truest form. Any work by Lovely Productions, those quick snippets of your day compiled into one beautiful film, is truly artwork that you will cherish for a lifetime. And you will have a new, beautiful friend, too.

    Due to covid, we canceled our big barn wedding and we decided to have a small ceremony down in Myrtle Beach. Out of all of my vendors that I had to cancel, I only kept Danielle with Lovely Productions and she was willing to travel with us down to Myrtle!! I was so excited. She captured moments that I will forever cherish and remember not only with my Husband, but with my kids and my whole family. From the morning 6 am sunrise, to chasing after the perfect sunset with champagne in our hands, to ending the night with pizza, bonfire and drinks. So memorable. Danielle, not only captured an amazing video of the whole day, but was so nice, so so sweet. I instantly felt comfortable with her and her husband who always caught some amazing shots with his drone. Great people, great business. Highly recommend and would 100% use them again over ANYONE. Thanks Lovely Productions!!! You guys are truly great people inside and out!
