Jeremy Foster Films creates polished, story-driven wedding films for couples celebrating in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ojai, Los Angeles, Orange County, and throughout Southern California. My approach is calm, natural, and unobtrusive, with a focus on the people, atmosphere, vows, speeches, and little in-between moments that make the day feel personal.

I come from a journalism background, so I’m always looking for the real story underneath the beautiful details. I guide when it helps with light, movement, or audio, but I’m not there to turn the wedding into a production. The goal is a film that feels elevated and cinematic, but still honest, emotional, and true to the day.

I want your film to feel true to the day, while still being carefully composed, thoughtfully edited, and beautiful to watch.
I work closely and respectfully alongside the photography team so the day feels smooth, collaborative, and easy for you. I communicate, adapt, and stay aware of the flow of the timeline so we can all capture what matters without pulling you in different directions. Photography and film preserve the day in different ways. Photos give you the still frames you’ll print, frame, and pass down. Film brings back the movement, voices, vows, music, laughter, speeches, and energy of the room. Together, they tell a fuller story.
My presence is calm, observant, and intentional. I want you to feel comfortable, present, and able to enjoy the day while I capture what is happening around you. Yes. I film weddings throughout Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ojai, Ventura, Malibu, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the surrounding Southern California region. I’m based in Southern California and regularly work as a wedding videographer for couples getting married in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ojai, and beyond. I’m also open to travel for the right celebration, especially when the location, story, and overall fit make sense.
Full wedding films are typically delivered within 6–10 weeks. Teaser films, whether vertical or horizontal, are available within about one week after the wedding.
Yes. Every wedding has its own pacing, priorities, and flow, so collections can be adjusted depending on coverage needs, location, timeline, and the final films you care most about. Some couples want a straightforward wedding-day collection, while others need welcome party coverage, rehearsal dinner coverage, longer films, or edited ceremony and toast films. I’ll help you find the collection that fits the day without adding things you don’t actually need.
Once you reach out, I’ll confirm availability and send over collection details. From there, we can schedule a quick call to talk through your wedding plans, what matters most to you, and whether a custom collection would make sense for your day. A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date.
