Capture the Moment Visuals were exceptional videographers for our wedding day. From our first interaction, they were attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns we had. Their work was superb - they captured all the special moments with great attention to detail and passion. The videographer was like a second wedding planner, helping us stay on timeline and even bringing up details we hadn't considered that improved the audio quality. We are thrilled with the final product and would highly recommend Capture the Moment Visuals to any couple getting married.

The videographer from Capture the Moment Visuals provided inconsistent and disappointing customer service. Communication was minimal, cold, and often difficult, with little coordination on the wedding day, resulting in my husband needing to locate the videographer himself to be mic’d for the ceremony. I was initially told that audio from the speeches had been captured, which was very important to me. During revisions, I was first told the audio could not be used due to sirens and later informed it never existed, without any prior discussion, despite my request to be contacted if there were issues. Title slides were not included in the draft but appeared in the final version without explanation. The timing and fonts were inconsistent, and I was told changes would cost an additional 200 because they were not part of the original revision request. The experience felt transactional and, at times, like a money grab. I paid what we were able to afford and was left feeling that I was treated poorly because I did not purchase a higher-tier package. Based on the lack of professionalism and communication, I would not recommend this videographer. While we did receive the video we paid for and the main moments were captured, the lack of clear communication and professionalism made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

Working with Trevor and Capture Moment Visuals was an incredible experience from start to finish. Their communication was immediate, clear, and so helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was simply amazing - they delivered a video that exceeded our expectations in every way. Trevor arrived early on the wedding day to capture beautiful footage of our venue before the guests arrived, and he was even willing to stay later than originally contracted to make sure he got all the special moments. We are so appreciative that Trevor provided us with way more than any other videographer, and we received our final video in under two weeks.
