    My husband and I cannot express how grateful and happy we were to have chosen Valenzano and Summit Catering to host my wedding. From beginning to end, the entire process was completely friction-less and simple. We truly appreciate that the team was so willing to accommodate our micro wedding of 30 guests and treat us as if it were a party of 300 - at no point did we ever feel that our needs were not important. From our first correspondence with Tori, we felt we had made the right choice in caterer. She was always incredibly communicative and quick to respond to clarify any questions or concerns. In office, Tori was just as professional and friendly in explaining the package options, discussing what options would work best for our party size and budget, and breaking down the timeline of deliverables. As I had made much of my decor, Tori and I had discussed what items I would be providing and where they were to be used in the venue space. The team handled my decor with care and provided the items back to me at the end of the event. Regarding the Summit Catering package options, I feel like we got an incredible bargain. At the time of our booking, the package included food, staffing, the cake, DJ, bartender, linens, and tablewear. Our venue, Valenzano's Wine House, was separate from the package but comfortably within our budget. Alcohol is not supplied by Summit but is also completely optional. Any wine that is desired must be purchased from Valenzano. Summit has a preferred providers for beer and other spirits but will accept anything you may choose to supply. Any alcohol that is not consumed is provided back to you at the end of the event. If you decide to provide wine, Valenzano will host a tasting and provide a discount for your order. My husband and I were able to sample as many of the wines as we wanted and our bartender offered recommendations for dinner and dessert pairings. Summit will also provide recommendations for other vendors but will happily work with any vendors you may book separately. Tori was very accommodating with my photographer and decor vendor during the lead-up to our event and day-of. The food options for Summit are amazing and they are mindful when it comes to allergies and dietary needs. We had a few guests that required vegan options and was able to build a menu that allowed them to eat to their needs. All of our guests were very impressed with the variety, taste, and quantity of the food they had as we're still getting complements about the menu 3 months later. Overall, we had an amazing planning experience and event with our thanks going to Tori and the Summit team. We highly recommend their services and would be more than happy to work with them for another event in the future.

    We attended my brother's wedding at Valenzano Winery's Winemaker's Ballroom. I officiated the ceremony, that was in the garden area, next to lush vineyards and an Italian Fountain. I have never seen a more beautiful ceremony backdrop!!! We were then escorted into the Barrel Room for Cocktail Hour. This is where they actually MAKE the wine. The LED lights reflected off the Stainless Steel Barrels, for such a Unique Experience. The hors d'oeuvres were SO plentiful and the Staff was courteous, informative and FUN!!! The dinner was delicious, the Ballroom was Beautiful, and a GREAT time was had by all!!! HIGHLY recommend this venue to be guaranteed a PERFECT wedding!!!!

    Summit Catering was amazing for our June 7th wedding at Valenzano Winery Vintner’s Pavillion. From the very beginning, the experience was wonderful—we loved our tastings and bringing our families along to share in the planning process. Tori was so detailed and organized, which made everything feel easy and stress-free, and Dory did such a thoughtful job with our ceremony, including meeting with us to personalize it. On the wedding day, the food was incredible and beautifully presented—our guests are still raving about how much they enjoyed it. The staff was fantastic as well, so kind and attentive, and we received countless compliments about how professional and welcoming they were. Summit even added sweet decorative touches that made the day feel extra special. The venue was seriously so stunning, our guests could not believe how beautiful the space was on the day of. We also love their wine and it was so special sipping it with our guests. Our maître d’, Betty, was truly amazing—she made sure we had everything we needed (our glasses and plates were never empty), kept the night running smoothly, and made us feel so cared for. We also loved that the package included a beautiful cake from Country Sweets and DJ Stew from Time Productions, which tied everything together and made the planning process so convenient. We are so grateful to Summit Catering for making our day at Valenzano Winery unforgettable and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for incredible food, wonderful people, and a team that goes above and beyond! - Jaime & Ryan
