Main Barn Space

Beautifully updated, open, barn reception area that allows guests to enter with zero steps and the ability to view the party from the balcony also!

This space is nearly 3500sqft for the main floor and upstairs. The main floor has a prep kitchen, grooms room, family dressing room and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs area is open to the main floor so guests to watch the festivities from above. Upstairs is where the brides room is as well. There are twinkle lights that are attached to the ceiling that add ambiance to the space and a gorgeous modern barn chandelier.

Beautiful and intimate cedar den space with a fireplace focal point

This space is great for intimate ceremony space during the fall and winter months. Most parties use this room for their food, drinks, bar and dessert table. This space has soft lighting, with lots of natural lighting and twinkle lights that hang on the ceiling at all times.

Enjoy the outdoor ceremony space with benches for guests and trees & acreage surrounding the space, with a country modern backdrop.

What an entrance for our brides to be introduced to her guests with this custom metal gate. It is unique, simple and modern all in one. Beautiful outdoor ceremony space is surrounded with trees, acreage and farmland. The backdrop has a touch of modern farmhouse. Guests get to sit on stadium style wood benches, so everyone is able to see the view nicely

Your reservation includes fourteen hours from start to finish, including the time it takes the guest to decorate set up and clean up.
No, our venue is fully insured. But we highly suggest our guests to obtain day of event insurance
The building can accommodate 200 seated guests total (including Bridal party). The Cedar Den seats up to 140 guests for a ceremony or up to 100 guests at tables. The Loft can accommodate up to 80 guests at tables. The outdoor ceremony space seats up to 200 guests
We have a date reservation fee of $1,000 per rental day. $500 due at the time of contract signing and another $500 is due within the next 30 days. The date reservation fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

Yes. We would be happy to send you a list of preferred vendors that have proved to be the best at what they do. You are welcome to bring your own food to serve but it must arrive pre cooked, we do not allow cooking on site. Please have warming pans and fuel for reheating and keeping food warm. We do not charge extra fees or surcharges for any vendors. You are welcome to hire a bar service business to serve wine, beer and champagne but no hard liquor is tolerated.
No. Timber Line Barn provides a versatile venue, tables and chairs and a Goodie Barn with decor you can use. White table linens can be rented for $14 per table linen.
Yes! Our newly renovated Bride Suite has a large vanity area, on suite bathroom, dressing corner, coffee/tea bar, refrigerator, and plenty of storage and seating. The Groom suite has a mini fridge, great lighting,​ tv, xbox, plenty of mirrors to make sure they are looking sharp and lots of comfy seating. Our Family suite comes equipped with board games, mirrors, table & chairs and seating.
