Spanning 9,800 square feet, our property comfortably accommodates up to 225 guests with a dance floor or 350 with cocktail-style seating in the main hall, along with access to the veranda and outdoor areas. Multiple outdoor ceremony locations offer diverse settings, including a custom open-air chapel, waterfront pier hexagon art piece, picture frame art lawn, firepit, and a side courtyard adorned with café lighting. These stunning features distinguish White Oaks Farm as one of South Carolina’s premier event locations.

    We got married at White Oaks this past summer and could not have picked a better venue to tie the knot! We are from out of state so we wanted a venue that would help us navigate the planning with as little stress as possible and the all-inclusive option did just that! Mark, Stephanie, and Wendy not only made the process so easy but so fun! They really got to know us and recommended the best vendors for our budget and overall wants/needs. We are so thankful for the White Oaks team for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! Everything went so smoothly and we left feeling like family! Thank you so much Mark, Stephanie, and Wendy for going above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect!

    Wendy, Mark, and Stephanie were an absolute pleasure to work with! When we toured this venue, we were hooked as soon as we walked through. They designed this place with such thought. The openness of the hall, the bridal AND grooms suit, the arches and other ceremony options, extra room for kids/break room, the veranda, etc made for a PERFECT wedding. We did not do the all inclusive package because I was able to plan myself, but they were VERY responsive and easy to communicate with and the cost was extremely reasonable. All of our guests were ranting and raving about the grounds and the venue in general. It truly was the BEST day of our lives. Stephanie took about 200 photos/videos on her phone the day of and we got to see glimpses of the wedding we missed from having our own cocktail hour, being pulled for pictures, waiting for the ceremony to begin, etc. I got married on a very hot day so the planned cocktail hour outside was brought inside and it was still just as beautiful. The photos I received back from my photographer were AMAZING... the grounds have SO many great locations for photos. The WO team made planning very easy as well. They have their own portal where you can upload contracts/invoices, and put together the seating chart based on your preferred layout. It made that part of wedding planning a heck of a lot easier! They are such a great family unit. Mark was also very accommodating with last minute drop ins if we had family coming into town before the wedding that we wanted to show the venue to. All 3 of them were very laid back AND organized! The day of, they were giving us such beautiful compliments and were very excited for us. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. If you are local or out of town I HIGHLY suggest WOF, and I am originally from Long Island where the venues are of high caliber, and I may be biased, but THIS venue was the BEST I have ever seen. To Mark, Wendy, and Stephanie...THANK YOU!
