No. In compliance with The Ohio Division of Liquor Control, all alcoholic beverages must be ordered and provided by The Toledo Club; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any opened bottles of wine, beer, or spirits remain the property of The Toledo Club and may not be taken off the premises. If you have a special liquor request for your event, we will work with you to accommodate.
You will have access to the Club from 7am on the day of your event to midnight, when security leaves. Receptions are typically 5 hours with a 4 hour bar. A fifth bar hour can be bought for additional costs.
For all wedding and event policies, please refer to The Toledo Club policies document. - Written Notice of Cancellation is received by the Catering Office more than one year from the date of your wedding: The Toledo Club will refund 100% of any payment over $2,500.00. If The Toledo Club is able to re-book your date with another client's book of business of equal or greater value, we will refund your deposit of $2,500.00 when the replacement client's deposit is received. ... - Written Notice of Cancellation is received by the Catering Office less than six (6) months from the date of your wedding: there will be no refund of any monies paid.
