    One of a KIND

    Suite 101 provides the perfect little girly escape! We have done several events and each time, we get so many compliments from guests. This is the perfect place for your next shower or get together!

    Sweet 16

    We recently hosted our daughter's Sweet 16 at The Suite! It was a total success! The Suite is so nice and was the perfect spot for our daughters' "tea party". Thank you so much, Misty! We love you!


We do not have peak seasons, but do offer week day pricing vs. weekend pricing. Monday - Friday the space rental fee is $70 per hour (one hour minimum) and Saturday & Sunday pricing is $85 per hour (3-hour minimum).

Yes, you may bring in your own beer, wine & seltzers. No hard liquor allowed.
Yes, street parking is available for all guests. We also have one driveway that can fit 4-5 cars that is available for the host.
No, our historic cottage is not ADA accessible at this time.
Yes, we offer a variety of items in our shared decor closet that can be added on to any rental for a flat fee of just $25. Closet includes food risers, bud vases, LED candles, drink dispensers, baskets, cute signs and more.
Yes, all rental times include your setup & tear down time so please plan accordingly as we host up to 3 events per day.
Yes, all renters will have access to the onsite kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove & sink. No ice machine or microwave available.
Yes, you may bring in your own food & beverage including beer, wine & seltzers (no hard liquor). We do not offer any food service items like plates, cups, flatware, etc. so please plan accordingly. All food & beverage brought onsite will need to be taken with the host at the conclusion of your event.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own decor! All items brought into The Suite will need to be taken with the renter at the conclusion of your event. No items are to be left onsite.
No, you will receive an SmartLock code the week of your event giving you access to the entire space.
Yes, your rental fee includes access to the entire cottage including the back patio! The home features six rooms all adorned with a girly esthetic - limited to no additional setup required! She comes dressed & ready for a beautiful gathering. Home also includes a restroom & kitchen.
