To ensure a seamless experience, we offer three all-inclusive packages designed to give you a beautiful foundation—complete with trusted, experienced vendors who help your vision flourish effortlessly. Created by Spaces in the City, the team behind some of Knoxville’s most beloved hospitality experiences, The Lumigail is grounded in heartfelt service and exceptional culinary craft through City Catering. Here, we collaborate, create, and celebrate with you- a truly magical beginning to your forever.

Since The Lumigail is an all-inclusive venue with a full liquor license, all alcohol is provided through our in-house bar services. To maintain compliance with our license (and ensure a seamless guest experience), we're unable to allow any outside alcohol on site.

The Lumigail offers ample parking for all of your guests, ensuring a stress-free arrival on your special day. Our spacious lot can easily accommodate larger events, and there is convenient access to the venue so guests can arrive and depart comfortably. We also provide clear signage and thoughtful layout to make parking simple and accessible for everyone, including those with mobility needs.
Yes! We worked very hard with our engineers to make sure all of our guests would have access to our venue.
The Lumigail can accommodate up to 300 guests for your wedding day, depending on your desired setup.
You have access to the Lumigail property for the entirety of your wedding day. The actual event timeframe is determined by which of our all-inclusive wedding packages you determine bests suits your wedding day vision. Depending on availability, a rehearsal for your ceremony is included the day before and is formally booked in your Final Wedding Meeting. If the venue is unavailable the day before your wedding, we are happy to facilitate a morning of rehearsal.
It’s important to us that we give you our undivided attention on your special day, therefore we will not host other events on property on your wedding day.
Of course! We’re happy to tailor our packages to bring your wedding vision to life. You’re welcome to customize your wedding package — just keep in mind that some customizations may adjust the overall cost of your day.
Since The Lumigail provides in-house catering, we’re unable to accommodate outside caterers. You’re more than welcome to bring in other vendors beyond our preferred list for services like florals and entertainment —so you can choose the team that best fits your vision for the day.
We don’t currently offer individual catering tastings, but we love giving couples the chance to experience our food and drinks in a fun way! We host lively open house events that showcase our catering and bar programs—complete with delicious bites, signature cocktails, and plenty of inspiration. We’d love for you to join us at the next one!
Planning a wedding from afar? No problem! We’re happy to work with you virtually for meetings and vendor consultations, making it easy to stay involved no matter where you are. We can accommodate your schedule and keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll feel connected and confident throughout the planning process.
We love seeing our guests visions realized! It inspires us and gives us great ideas for the future. For the most part, we are happy to work with you on whatever décor you decide to pursue. That said, we do ask that our guests refrain from using confetti poppers, pampas grass, orbis or glitter inside or outside of our venue.
We can always move outdoor ceremonies indoors to The Chapel. Tent rentals are also an option if outdoors is a must. Your Wedding Specialist will work with you the week of your wedding to help determine the best recommendation based on the forecast.
We are an all-inclusive wedding venue. We take care of basic décor, set-up & break-down, sound & lighting, entertainment, service staffing, alcohol, and all of the food except for the cake! We also provide you with a starting allowance for flowers and linens. We even provide a maître d’ as well as a day-of coordinator! The day-of-coordinator will ensure your guests’ experience while managing staff, and the maitre d’ manages any and all needs of you and your wedding party. Other than your wedding attire, photography, videography, your invitation, and your officiant, we’ll handle it for you (we are happy to make recommendations along the way)!
You will pay a deposit the day you sign your contract, which formally books your wedding day at The Lumigail. Ten months prior to your wedding you will begin a monthly payment plan, with final payments due at least two days prior to your big day!
We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always do our best to be accommodating. If you need to cancel your event, you won’t be responsible for the remaining balance. Please note that any payments already made, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
