The venue accommodates up to 95 guests per fire code, with a standard layout seating 70 comfortably. The main level features a distinguished 26-person head table, two restrooms (ADA-compliant with a baby changing station), and a welcoming lobby equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV—perfect for presentations, slideshows, or digital customizations to enhance your event. The upstairs loft level provides seating for 40 guests at five 60-inch round tables, all paired with elegant gold Chiavari chairs. Decorated in soft blues and whites, the space exudes a cozy yet elevated aesthetic, accented by subtle industrial elements that pay homage to the building’s history. A catering kitchen is available for prep and plating, complete with commercial sinks, stainless steel tables, and starter supplies to support caterers and hosts.

    This is a beautiful venue, its equipped with everything you need for you event. The kitchen has everything you need or you can have it catered by the restaurant next door for a very reasonable price.

Yes, our ground floor facilities are wheelchair accessible. Please be advised that the upstairs Loft area DOES NOT have a ramp and is only accessible by stairs.
Our booking rate is $100 per hour with a 4-hour minimum for events. The rental includes any setup or teardown time you need, so please account for that when you are booking the space. Every booking has a cleaning fee of $125 following the event, however, guests are required to remove any personal belongings and trash to the outside bins following their event. Additionally guests are required to set that space back to the standard set at the conclusion of their event.
Yes, you need event insurance if you are serving alcohol at your event.
The Loft on Church St. is conveniently located about 45–50 minutes from Bluegrass Airport (LEX). Guests can enjoy a scenic drive through Central Kentucky by rental car, or rideshare. Simply follow US-27 South toward Danville, then continue into downtown where Church Street offers easy access to parking and nearby amenities. Travel is straightforward, making arrival smooth for out-of-town wedding guests.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
