A Truly Magical Place to Say “I Do”
We truly could not have imagined a more beautiful or meaningful place to celebrate our wedding than The Herbary. From the beginning, the venue felt incredibly special—not only because of its unique beauty, but because of the warmth and care that went into every detail. The Herbary gave us the perfect setting for the wedding we envisioned. The greenhouse and gardens created such a magical, natural atmosphere, and we loved that the space felt beautiful without needing to be overly decorated. Even the little details, like the goats and chickens on the farm, added to the charm. One thing that is difficult to fully appreciate during a daytime visit is just how extraordinary the property feels at night. As the sun goes down, the garden lights begin to glow and the lanterns inside the greenhouse come to life, completely transforming the space. It felt intimate, warm, and extraordinarily beautiful—almost like stepping into another world, which was exactly the feeling we wanted for our wedding. What made the experience even more special was how personal everything felt. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, always willing to answer our questions, talk through ideas, and work with us to bring our vision to life. We never felt like just another wedding on the calendar; we truly felt cared for and supported every step of the way. They also went above and beyond in helping us navigate the unpredictable weather on our wedding day. It rained on and off, but thankfully cleared enough for us to have the outdoor ceremony we had dreamed of. The team worked closely with us and our caterer to navigate the changing weather and adjust our cocktail hour plans and other logistics. Their flexibility helped everything come together so we could focus on enjoying our day. We will always be grateful that The Herbary was where we got to begin this chapter of our lives together. It wasn't just a beautiful venue; it became part of the memories and story of our wedding day. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

The Herbary at Bear Creek was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we toured the venue, Lisa understood our vision and helped bring it to life. She worked seamlessly with our catering team and made sure everything came together beautifully. When unexpected rain changed our plans, the team handled everything so calmly and professionally. They made the transition feel effortless, allowing us to stay present and enjoy our wedding day without unnecessary stress. Lisa and Ron were absolute sweethearts. They welcomed us onto their beautiful property with so much kindness and genuinely cared about making our day special. Their venue is stunning, well-maintained, and creates the perfect backdrop for a wedding. We are so grateful to have celebrated one of the most important days of our lives at The Herbary. Thank you for your hospitality, flexibility, and for helping create memories we’ll cherish forever. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly!

Beautiful Serene Backdrop
From our first email to The Herbary - Bear Creek Farm, we knew we'd found our venue. The team got back to us quickly with straightforward answers to every question we had, which made planning so much easier. What really stood out was how willing they were to work with us on the details that mattered most, and they gave our vendors plenty of room to set up and do their thing without any stress. The garden grounds are absolutely stunning, it felt like stepping into a dream on our wedding day. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the whole space just had this magical quality that made our celebration feel truly special. We can't thank them enough for making our day unforgettable.

Everything I could ask for!
As someone who knew a traditional banquet hall wasn't the right fit for us, The Herbary was everything we hoped for. Our ceremony was tucked away in the woods surrounded by trees and flowers and our reception was under their tented patio. The entire property is so gorgeous and peaceful, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Some of our guests told us it was their favorite wedding they've ever been to. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Highly recommend!
