Located on this charming Portland property sits a stunning 1919 Federal-style brick building. Once a library, this building features large vintage windows and captivating historic charm. The space is also a recording studio during the day, and because of that, you'll have access to a variety of musical perks, such as use of a grand piano, a vintage Hammond B# organ, an antique upright piano, and more. You’ll also receive access to the venue’s variety of on-site rentals, including a dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, and more.
