Our venue is 12,000 sq ft.
We can seat 400 guests and our venue can hold up to 600 guests for concerts.
You’ll need to visit us at the Grand Ivy Point to book the venue. Give us a call to schedule your tour.
The standard package includes 6 hours but it is possible to have events for up to more hours, as many as the client wants to pay for.
