About this venue

The Bybee Estate is a beautiful Classical Revival home built in 1857, situated on three gorgeous acres surrounded by mature trees, gardens, gazebos, and water features. Full of historic character and beautiful photo opportunities, the estate offers a wedding setting that feels both special and welcoming. The Bybee is a place where you can slow down, gather your favorite people, and truly enjoy your wedding weekend. Couples have access to the historic home and grounds, creating an intimate setting where guests can celebrate together rather than simply arriving for a few hours and leaving at the end of the night. From getting ready in the morning to gathering with family and friends, exchanging vows outdoors, enjoying dinner and dancing, and relaxing together afterward, the estate gives you room to make the celebration your own.

The renter may provide their own beer, wine, and ingredients for one signature cocktail. All alcohol service must be handled by an OLCC-certified server and must comply with all applicable Oregon laws and OLCC requirements. The renter is responsible for arranging and paying for the OLCC-certified server.
The Bybee Estate offers accessibility to many areas of the property, but portions of the historic grounds include grass and gravel surfaces that may be challenging for guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Because of the historic nature of the property, some areas may not be fully accessible. We are happy to discuss the property and help couples plan the most comfortable and accessible route for their guests.
Bybee Estate grounds use of the outdoor ceremony and reception areas, 9 tables and 18 benches with venue setup, and use of the kitchen with a licensed caterer.
The starting price includes eight hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. We offer packages that are 3 nights.
A non-refundable payment of 50% of the rental fee is due upon signing to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due three months prior to the event and is non-refundable after that date. Cancellations prior to the final payment date will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the Venue's ability to rebook the date. Force majeure events are addressed separately in the rental agreement.
The Bybee Estate is approximately 5 miles from the Rogue Valley International Airport.
