About this venue

The Sycorax is a 26-foot center console cruiser crafted with comfort, elegance, and eco-power top of mind. It is a 2023 Eelex 8000 designed by Swedish company X Shore, which has won multiple awards for design and innovation. This sleek, stylish vessel has ample seating in the bow, a teak table with booth-style seating in the stern, a private toilet, sun shades, and Bowers & Wilkins award-winning Bluetooth speakers. The Sycorax is equipped with a small fridge, complimentary beverages including champagne and beer, tasty snacks, and ice, as well as cups, plates, utensils, and napkins to accommodate your boat picnic. Guests are welcome to bring aboard their own food and drinks. Every cruise includes a U.S. Coast Guard-certified captain and a first mate who shares lots of insights on the Detroit River and Belle Isle, while also ensuring all passengers have a fabulous cruise.

    Captain Blair and first mate Allie made our engagement so so so special! They really went above and beyond providing great service, snacks, flowers and champagne. Everyone must try this all electric boating experience! 100/100 awesome!!

    This was amazing. Allison provided us with Historical information about the city as we enjoyed a gorgeous ride on the river. So guest centered and focused, with making sure we were comfortable or providing food and drinks. I will most definitely book again. Thank you a lovely day, and perfect way to start the bachelorette trip off!!
