Sierra Sky’s private outdoor event space is made for intimate weddings, elopements, and small celebrations surrounded by mountain views, open skies, wooded scenery, and peaceful private acreage. The view is the part guests remember — a breathtaking backdrop for ceremonies, golden-hour photos, and wedding-weekend moments. This space includes outdoor ceremony/view areas, deck and patio spaces, waterfront/riverfront access by private trail, and scenic photo spots throughout the property.

The home includes 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with twin bunks, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, full kitchen, living areas, Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry, and direct access to the deck, patio, and outdoor event space.

    Beautiful views and great company

    When I was searching for a venue that was beautiful and accommodated for a small wedding I was so lucky to find Sierra sky cabin. 12 acres of the most breath taking views. The cabin it self gorgeous and large enough to sleep your wedding party. My wedding photos look amazing with the beautiful mountains in the background. If you want an affordable intimate wedding secluded in nature this is your place!! Thank you so much for helping my dream wedding come true!

Our most requested wedding dates are typically spring, early summer, and fall, especially March through June and September through October. Weekend dates are also in higher demand. Package pricing is currently listed by weekday vs. weekend, not by peak vs. off-peak season.

Yes, but alcohol must follow our venue agreement and Oklahoma law. If alcohol is served, mixed, or sold, couples are required to use a licensed and insured bartender. Event liability insurance with host liquor liability is required. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Yes, Sierra Sky has free self-parking on-site.
Sierra Sky is a private cabin property on natural acreage with outdoor areas, slopes, decks, and a private trail to the river. Some areas may not be accessible for all mobility needs. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your specific needs and whether the property is a good fit.
Our wedding package price includes everything Sierra Sky provides for the event: a two-night cabin stay, up to 50 event guests, up to 12 overnight guests, access to six tables and 70+ chairs, standard cleaning, taxes, and furniture moving/reset for the event space. We do not charge separate add-on fees for the Sierra Sky items included in the package. Additional nights, approved pets, outside vendors, rentals, catering, bartending, decor, and coordination services are not included.
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required, and event liability insurance is required. If alcohol is served, mixed, or sold, the insurance must include host liquor liability and a licensed, insured bartender is required. Up to 2 approved dogs may be added for a $100 pet fee. Additional nights are priced separately.
Wedding bookings include a two-night cabin stay. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved in writing. Event and vendor access times must be approved in advance and include first vendor in through last vendor out.
Reservation fee/down payments are non-refundable. If the event is less than 30 days away at the time of booking, payment is due in full and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date forfeit the total rental fee. Reservation fees/down payments are non-transferable to another date after 90 days; after that, a rescheduled date is treated as a new event and the original down payment does not transfer. Wedding/event cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against postponement-related expenses.
Yes. Event liability insurance is required, with Riverstone Retreats, LLC listed as certificate holder/additionally insured for $1,000,000. Host liquor liability is required if alcohol is involved. Proof of insurance is due 48 hours before the event.
Up to 2 dogs may be allowed with approval for a $100 pet fee. Pets must be included in the booking details and follow all property rules.
No. Couples select, book, and coordinate their own vendors. Sierra Sky provides the private property, cabin stay, event space, tables/chairs, and included property amenities, but catering, bartending, rentals, decor, music, and coordination services are not included.
