About this venue

Saint Thomas was the first Catholic church in Wilmington, built in 1847. Although no longer a church, this beautifully-restored venue in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington is listed on the National Historic Register. Our exposed brick walls, gorgeous stained glass windows, high ceilings and upper balcony make Saint Thomas a perfect backdrop for your wedding.

Yes! There is an outside vendor fee of $250 for beer and wine, and a fee of $350 for beer, wine and liquor. If you choose the 2nd option, you must get a "day of" license from the ABC board.
We do not! However there is plenty of "pay to park" close by.
The main hall is not wheelchair accessible. You can rent a ramp from one of our prefered vendors. The downstairs and restroom area are accessible.
You can have the hall from 9 am until 1 am the following morning. Our staff is hired based on a 4 hour event time frame. This time frame begins at the beginning of your reception (cocktail hour).
