If so, experience Southern Charm Beach Style! A large beach house rental to fit the whole family. A unique outdoor design underneath the house that integrates the large in-ground pool (32'x14'), Tiki bar, and under the house, covering you if any weather problems or just want shade. It is one of the largest beachfront rentals on the East Coast. A private estate in a gated community, it is located on a twenty-two-acre wildlife preserve at the tip of the island.

It has 16 bedrooms, 16 1/2 baths, a pool, and is over 8300 sq.ft.!

The Ultimate Beach Wedding House!
Southern Charm somehow managed to be even more magnificent in person than in the photos! We rented the house for our wedding, with 43 guests staying with us (68 guests on the wedding day), and it exceeded every expectation. First, Fran, the owner, is an absolute doll—friendly, highly responsive, and incredibly accommodating from our first conversation. She even let us visit on an unrented day beforehand to take measurements! Next, the CLEANLINESS! I have extremely high standards (most hotels and Airbnbs don’t meet them), and I didn’t think twice here. The floors and surfaces were spotless, the linens and towels smelled and felt freshly washed, and there wasn’t a stray hair, dust bunny, or grain of sand to be found. Maintaining that standard in a house this massive is seriously impressive! The property is incredibly well-designed for large groups. Every bedroom has its own bathroom (!!) and plenty of storage, the huge kitchen was easily equipped to handle our group, and there was an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The ocean views from every deck are INSANE, and having private beach access directly from the pool deck was amazing (it's about an 8 minute walk from the deck to the ocean). One helpful logistical note: the house is at the far end of the island, about 25 minutes from the Holden Beach entrance, so plan grocery and alcohol runs accordingly. Overall, it was an incredible wedding venue. Keeping our guests, ceremony, and reception all in one place was so convenient, with plenty of space for each part of the day and our vendors. For couples looking for an intimate, highly customizable beach wedding venue, it’s a no-brainer. I cannot recommend Southern Charm enough!!

Great house and very helpful owner.
I am a wedding planner and I had a great experience working with the owner of Southern Charm. House is beautiful and a great place to host a wedding.
