About this venue
Sacred Oak is an outdoor rustic garden venue located in the IE region of southern California, offering ALL-DAY PRIVATE ACCESS with on-site bride/groom suites and dedicated reception sites for both mircoweddings (starts at $2,000) and larger scale events ($5,800), so you can pick the space that works best for your wedding day vision. With ancient Oak trees tucked amongst a vineyard, mountain backdrops and breathtaking views of the valley below, there are plenty of Pinterest worthy photo ops. Choose from one of our awesome preferred vendors or bring your own to create an experience that is distinctly you. You can even add on a magical horse and carriage bridal escort to make your grand entrance or lean into the rustic nature with a vintage tractor pull to transport your guests, creating a memorable experience all around. An open-air, garden style ceremony and reception space with spectacular views
The Vines ceremony and reception sites rise above the vineyard and valley below, creating a stunning backdrop for the entirety of your event. Dance beneath twinkling lights after saying "I do"

The Glade
Designed specifically with micro-weddings in mind
Relax with your guests next to the trickle of running water and dance under the bistro lights above. The glade offers an intimate and cozy reception space, perfect for smaller parties of 80 or less. Don't pay more for a bunch of empty space that feels like it needs dressing up

Newly renovated bride and groom suites
Originally built in the early 1900s and expanded over the years, the house has lots of charm and ample light for getting ready photos. There is a space for the girls with vanity bar and full length mirrors, a space for the guys with large outdoor patio area, and a bedroom for optional overnight stay (additional fee).

Choice of ceremony site at the Grandfather Oak tree or the Vines. Available May-October only. Sun-Friday can be booked at any point. Available Saturdays will be released 6 months in advance.

The Vines ceremony+reception
Peak pricing $5,800-9,000
Off-peak pricing $6,650-9,000
Ceremony site, cocktail hour, and reception at the Vines. Please note that during the off-peak season, the venue rental fee is $3,650 but a tent rental is required. Base price for tent rental is $4,600 and includes a clear canopy tent with pole covers and lighting. If multiple events are held on a weekend (i.e. one on Sat. and one on Sun.) the base price increases but the cost becomes split amongst both parties to decrease overall costs. A tent is not required May-October but can be added on.
