    Beautiful Oceanfront lawns

    We knew Royal Lahaina was the perfect place for us to get married the moment we visited. We booked with Royal Lahaina because of their beautiful oceanfront lawns, their picturesque landscape, and their breathtaking views. Not only was the venue spectacular, the food was also outstanding, and the wedding coordinator (Amy) was very flexible with all of our needs and we knew it would be a very smooth planning process.”

For 2026, we have availability every month, depending on your flexibility. Traditionally, July to August are peak months.
Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $45.00 per day, per car. Self-parking is $40.00 per day.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Venue location, Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and white linens based on hotel's inventory.
All vendors will need to present the hotel with a COI (certificate of insurance) to perform any services on-site (florals, tents, etc). A minimum of $2M is coverage is required. Small business owners may obtain via their car/home insurance company.
Depending on the location, venues may be available from 3 hours prior to start of the event. Clean up must be completed no later than 11pm for evening events.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. Please connect with our Catering team to discuss specifics.
Traditionally, January to March are off-peak season.
All deposits are non-refundable and a deposit of 50% of package is due with contract signing. All outstanding balances are due a minimum of 14 days prior to event day.
