Our rates will vary depending on the time of the year and how much time our staff will need to dedicate to your event. Small events M-Th can cost as little as $500. Large weekend events during peak time of year can cost $5,500. A signed contract and 50% non-refundable payment is needed to guarantee you the quoted rate and reserved date.
We do not restrict catering options for your event. Our "Preferred Catering" list is available if you would like to work with a vendor we have had good experiences in the past. All caterers must sign a contract with us to ensure they know what is expected of them when serving in our facility.
Our in-house bar is available to serve your event. Rates and packages will vary depending on what services are requested or needed for guests. The base bar package will cover soda, water and bartenders with a cash bar. Large packages can include pre-paid craft & domestic beers, wines, signature cocktails and more.
We have a preferred local florists we recommend for all events. They are local, experienced and have the capacity to supply the specific arrangements requested for your event. Additionally they have a selection of centerpiece hardware available on premise. You are allowed to choose your own décor elements or florist provided they meet the terms of the contract agreement provided.
We have a list of the nearest hotels and cabin/house rentals. This also includes options for transportation for you and your guests.
We are able to accommodate.up to 300 guests. Room configurations and table spacing can vary depending on personal preference and needs. We can recommend layouts that have been most effective from prior events.
We allow any DJ, band, performer or sound professional to perform for your event. We also have a full sound system throughout the facility and that extends out into our exterior event space. The system features the ability to play playlists from external devices and has 2 sets of wireless microphones. The complete system is available to use during your event.
