    The event center can comfortably seat 150 people. We can push seating to 180 or 200 but will require rental of additional tables and chairs and might it be extremely tight. We can do 300 standing capacity in the event center in a cocktail set up.
    5-hour use (additional 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for tear down), use of 1,000 sq. ft. patio, State-of-the-art lights and sound equipment with AV Tech, DJ Booth, tables with linens (Black, White, Tan) and Chiavari chairs, Selfie booth, Red carpet, set up and tear down of tables and chairs, parking, 8 TV monitors for custom graphics.
