Included in this room:

90'x90' event space, space for vendors in adjoining space, space for parking alongside the property or in adjoining space (depending on how much space is needed for vendors). 2 hours for setup in addition to any package.

Room cost

4 hours at $500 per hour, 8 hours at $450 per hour, 12 hours at $400 per hour. Each rental has 2 hours of setup time included on top of the booked time. Time overages will be charged at the hourly rate for the package booked.
