The barn accommodates up to 100 guests with ease, making it ideal for intimate weddings, receptions, or celebratory gatherings. Whether you're exchanging vows in one of our picturesque gardens before heading indoors, or hosting your full event inside, The Tracy Barn creates a seamless flow between elegance and countryside comfort. And for those needing additional space, a tented patio extension transforms the outdoors into an extension of your event — perfect for mingling under the stars.

The Tracy Barn is fully climate-controlled, ADA-compliant, and includes ample on-site parking. We provide seating for up to 100 guests inside the barn with 5’ round banquet tables, plus 100 additional chairs for outdoor ceremonies. You’ll also have access to two 48” round tables, two 6’ and two 8’ rectangular tables for catering, displays, or gifts. A private bridal space is available for getting ready, and the on-site restrooms add convenience for your guests. For catering, enjoy the freedom to bring your own food or hire any caterer of your choice, with a prep area that includes refrigerator and freezer space. The barn is equipped with flexible lighting, Wi-Fi, and ample electrical access for DJs, speakers, or personalized décor. Whether you choose a full-day rental or a 5-hour celebration, every detail is considered to ensure your event runs smoothly and beautifully.
