Inspired by mid-century modern styling and industrial chic design, this space is definitely NOT a barn! Lined with windows and skylights, this luxury setting is flooded with natural lighting and the views of the gorgeous hills and trees that surround it. The doors open onto a 3,000 square foot deck, featuring a custom fire pit, the perfect place to watch the sunset or warm up while enjoying championship level star gazing.

The reception hall is located in the main building, which also houses the Grand Fireplace, the bar, fully appointed catering kitchen, restrooms, and two get-ready rooms - the Salon and the Lounge. Tables, chairs, set up and breakdown are all included with your rental, and we've got lots of decor that you can borrow at no additional cost!

Fantastic Venue!
Prima Vista was the best choice in venue we could have made for our wedding day. It was very reasonably priced, which was our number one concern, and came with so much! It has been sold to new owners, but we were still able to work with the original owners, Ellen & David, and cannot say enough great things about them. Communication with them from the very beginning when scheduling a tour was always fast, consistent, and clear. No matter how many questions I had Ellen always responded to all of them quickly and friendly. You can tell both take great pride in their work, always making sure the venue is clean, and keeping the grounds clean. On our wedding day they were even outside cleaning all the railings of the outdoor deck. They are truly wonderful people, and a big part of the reason we chose this venue. Then venue itself is beautiful, we got so many comments from our guests saying how beautiful the place was! We loved getting to ring the bell after our ceremony, such a unique a cool thing they have there. They offer an almost all-inclusive package with catering, bartenders, dj, and cake that we ended up booking as I was getting overwhelmed trying to do it all myself- it also ended up being much more reasonably priced this way. We were a bit nervous with it as the vendors were not disclosed until we received the contract for it, but every one of those vendors were fantastic!! One of our signature drinks was not something most people know in the south and the bartenders nailed it. They were also so much fun, and the guests loved them. Our dj was fantastic, the catering was delicious, and our cake was very good as well. We were very pleasantly surprised with it all! When my husband and I talk about our wedding day we can’t think of one thing we would have changed, and we have to thank that to Prima Vista!

Beautiful venue!
We loved our time with Prima Vista! Ellen was so great to work with and answered my many questions with grace! The venue is so beautiful it needs minimal decor and they have a closet of things to use from other couples! We left some hurricanes, tea lights and chargers there. They also took our flowers to the memory care unit the next day which was so kind.
