Posey Meadows Wedding and Event Venue is a stunning, white, modern barn nestled in a 10 acre meadow which has been in the Posey family since the 1882. Our vision was born out of our shared love for college students, community, friends and hospitality. Celebrations whether large or small enrich people’s lives, build community and create lasting, treasured memories. Our desire is for every gathering at Posey Meadows to be an experience of joy, beauty and celebration. The rental of our venue includes a full-service wedding coordinator who will guide you through each step of planning your event. At Posey Meadows we are committed to exceptional service, support, enthusiasm, cooperation and excellence in making your special day unforgettable.

    Tacky venue with awful staff

    I drive by frequently because my fiancé has family land on the same road… for all the bad press they are getting the place isn’t even impressive. It’s mid tier (at best) and right next to a road where there’s a train and dead deer frequently. The owners are also pretty tacky, as they recently posted, “money can’t buy happiness b it it can buy an incredible wedding.” If you want an incredible wedding, don’t go here… it’s really nothing special and they’re known for their horrid customer service (which is usually what you’d be paying for with a higher tier wedding) It wasn’t nice enough for us to seriously consider for our own wedding and in light of new horrible press I’d steer anyone away.

    Deplorable. The definition of evil.

    The love of money is the root of all evil. It is deplorable that a venue would not refund nearly 16k to a bride whose groom DIED 7 months before the wedding. The owners had the gall to counter-sue the bride. Do NOT book here. Wicked. Evil. May God help your deplorable souls. You will get what is coming to you.

    Poor business sense and no morality.

    Refusing to refund a bride whose fiance died 7 months before the wedding is not only morally reprehensible, it's incredibly stupid. You had to know wors would get out and people would not take kindly to such ghoulish behavior. If you couldn't do the right thing because you're a decent person, one would think you'd at least do it for the well being of your own business. If you're planning a wedding, this is not the sort of business you want to work with.

    Evil. Wicked. Repulsive

    This venue kept 16,000 after a groom to be unexpectedly passed away months before his wedding date. The owner, Julie Campbell, committed a heinous act against a family that is grieving. She had the audacity to offer to transfer the funds to a future date & countersued for the remaining balance.. THE MAN IS DEAD, Julie.. That's low, even for you. Not a good way to run a business or be a person. Evil, wicked & repulsive. Dishonor on you, dishonor on your cows. Terrible venue, terrible owner. 0/10 recommend.
