    PNW Dream Venue

    Pole Creek Ranch was a dream to work with! Jen and the team are incredibly helpful, with quick responses. This is a unique property that lets you rent it out for the full weekend, which allowed us to host rehearsal, welcome party, and wedding day events! It truly captures the heart of the PNW by having different spaces on the property to feature the mountains, the forest, and the western desert. We utilized all three spaces to host friends and family who live over east, and they were blown away by the beauty in every location. We even had bald eagles and butterflies flying overhead all night long, it was simply magic. If the views didn’t steal your heart, Henry the beer burro did! We HIGHLY recommend booking here!

    So Stunning!

    From our first conversation with Jen and her team, we knew Pole Creek Ranch was the right choice for our wedding. They went above and beyond to ensure our weekend ran smoothly from start to finish. The mountain views and wide open field were truly breathtaking. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the epic backdrop for our ceremony and celebration. A highlight was meeting Henry, the beer burro, who brought such a fun and unexpected moment to our day. We felt incredibly lucky to have our wedding weekend at this beautiful property, and we're thrilled it's also an Airbnb so we can return and relive those memories in the future. Jen and her entire team deserve five stars for their warmth and dedication to making everything perfect.

Wedding contracts based on a Friday rehearsal dinner, set up time starts at 2PM. If you need to set up prior to 2PM, please consider booking the Thursday night prior. Set up time on Saturday is at your discretion, but all wedding amplified sound must end by 10PM.
We offer two nights stay at our beautiful Lodge Home, $1000 in Pole Creek Grass finished beef, over $4000 in event rentals with set up and take down of equipment and Henry the Beer Burro! Elkatraz is a ranch location for an extra party spot, great for Friday night parties or Saturday night Dance location.
