Gorgeous Venue, But Major Disorganization

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations given the high cost. The flowers were completely wrong, and the coordinator—who was new—caused several issues, including handing out corsages and boutonnieres to the wrong guests. The timeline wasn’t followed, and the flow of the event felt disjointed. My photographer even had to step in to help coordinate, which is definitely not part of her job. While I understand that the coordinator was new, it was still very frustrating, especially for the amount we were paying. My advice: choose the cheapest package and pick your own vendors for a smoother experience. The venue is beautiful, but the lack of professionalism and organization made for a stressful day.

Weddings can be stressful, and bumps in the road are expected, but LeAnna Key helped smooth out all of those bumps with poised professionalism. She and her staff worked tirelessly for two days with our families to make sure the bride’s and groom’s wishes were met!! I do not think we could have anticipated just how relaxed we felt with her calm presence through out the ceremony and reception. We will look back on this beautiful day with fond memories and appreciation for all of her efforts!! Book with confidence!!

My daughter had her wedding at the Alpine and Leanna literally was the most amazing coordinator I have ever met. Does this woman even get tired? I don't think she does nor does she ever get tired. She was incredibly responsive, very easy to talk to, understanding and listens very well to what the cople wants. She goes above and beyond for thr bride and groom as well as the wedding party. We had a few issues with the venue and coordinator prior to Leanna coming in, so mich so we regretted ever choosing this place and Leanna came and saved the day. We then had an issue with the cabin and again, as pleasant as she could be, handled it. She made this process so easy and stress free. I cant say enough about her. The space was beautiful and the lake makes the best backdrop to a ceremony. The Alpine was an amazing place to house the reception and everyone had a blast. So many people complimented me (Mother of the bride) the day of and after. The wedding party all loved the area and everyone loved Leanna.i would tell any couple looking for a great spot, this is it, especially if Leanna is still coordinating.

We rented this place a couple of weeks ago for my baby shower. The owner was very helpful when I told him I was going to be having around 50 guests attending. They provided the chairs and tables and had it all set up when we arrived. They also have a kitchen with a counter and a fridge that helped us prepare our drinks, fruit, etc that we served. We did bring our own trash bags and knives just in case. I definitely recommend this place if you’re having a baby shower or a wedding shower with a lot of guest. We had a lot of compliments on it!
