About this venue

Most weddings are a day that goes by too fast. At Pearsons Creek, it's a whole weekend. Our 10-acre retreat in Bells, TN has woods, lawn and a stocked pond. One price covers Friday 3 pm to Sunday 4 pm: The Pavilion (2,300 sq ft, up to 200 guests), your ceremony spot (the Balcony or Grassy Knoll), overnight stays for 14 guests in The Loft and cabins, hot tubs, golf carts and the pond. We set up and tear down our 100 chairs, twelve tables, pews, arch and sound system, so there is no cleanup the night of the wedding and no music end time. Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner can happen on site. Bring your own caterer, DJ, florist and planner (alcohol only via an approved Jackson Kitchen and Catering bartender). The Pavilion

Pondside pavilion for up to 200 guests

The Pavilion is the center of the weekend: 2,300 square feet on the pond with a deck, holding up to 200 guests. It is covered but not fully enclosed, with fans and heaters. We set up and tear down our 100 chairs, twelve 8-foot tables, ceremony pews, arch and sound system. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are inside, with a drop-off area next to it. No music end time.

Fall (September to November) is our busiest season. Weekends book early, so check 2027 dates at pearsonscreek.com.
December through August. Our wedding price is one flat weekend price (Friday 3 pm to Sunday 4 pm) and does not change by season.
Alcohol may be served only by an approved bartender from Jackson Kitchen and Catering. There is no self-serve and no in-house bar.
