Staff will stock restrooms with toilet paper and paper towels as needed, but the rental party is responsible for maintaining restroom cleanliness during their rental.
Yes, there are numerous outlets on the grounds. Each outlet has a limit of 20 amps. There are also two 50 amps in the courtyard as well. Please refer to the facility map provided for their locations.
While the courtyard has some lighting, we recommend bringing in additional lighting to ensure the space is well-illuminated for evening rentals. Please remember to adhere to our decoration policies when planning your lighting setup.
Yes, you are welcome to use your own caterers or third-party vendors for your rental. However, please ensure that all vendors comply with our facility policies and guidelines.
Yes! However, if your photo booth has four walls, it will require additional insurance coverage.
Yes, the City of Ventura contracts with a security company to provide guards for the final five hours of each rental. The rental party is responsible for paying the hourly rate for this service
Facility reservations open in April for the following year, and all bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our facility is cleaned every Friday morning. Any debris or foliage (leaves, vegetation, etc.) that accumulates before your weekend rental is the rental party’s responsibility. Rakes are available on-site upon request.
Facility staff will be available to answer questions during your rental; and you’ll receive an emergency contact number beforehand. For general inquiries, please email us.
No, the $750.00 is a refundable deposit required to secure your event date. After the event, your deposit will be refunded by check, provided no damages or losses are incurred during the event.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Yes you may bring your own alcohol. However, alcohol may not be served to anyone under 21 years of age. Alcohol may only be served from the approved, designated area and may only be consumed inside the facility. Only individual alcohol servings are allowed. Bottles and buckets with bottles or cans are not permitted on tables.
Yes, self parking is available free of charge. Our Main Parking lot has 19 spaces + 2 accessible parking spaces. Our overflow gold course parking lot has 195 spaces + 6 accessible parking spaces.
