No, due to licensing, all beverages must be purchased and served through our provided vendor, Ambrosia.
Ample parking is available in the onsite parking garage. Parking can be hosted by the client or paid by the guests. We also offer valet parking services through our exclusive valet company, Courtesy Valet. This ensures a seamless experience for our clients and their guests, allowing them to focus on the event at hand without the hassle of parking logistics. Whether opting for self-parking or valet service, we strive to make parking as effortless as possible.
Our venue rental includes the following: (25) 60" Round Dining Tables (10) 30" Cocktail Tables (Set High or Low) (8) 8' Banquet Tables (4) 6' Banquet Tables (200) White Chiavari Chairs
All event rentals are structured to include five hours of event time, two hours for setup and an additional one and a half hours for post-event cleanup. Access to the Atrium for events is permitted starting at 2:00 PM the day of event. Please be advised that, in accordance with the 10:00 PM noise ordinance, all outdoor events must conclude by this time, while indoor events must end at 11:00 PM.
All catering, with the exception of a wedding cake/desserts will be provided by our exclusive catering company, Saltblock Hospitality. No outside food or beverage will be permitted.
Event pricing remains to same throughout the duration of the year. Events are more prominent in the months of March, April, May, October, November & December.
