    Mother of the Bride

    Mountain View Menagerie is the place! Don't look any further ! This venue is spectacular in so many ways. The view of the mountains , the indoor / outdoor space the decor is well thought out and blends all together to make your wedding magical! Kimberley was so helpful throughout the entire process . Very professional and personable and makes your day very special. Highly recommend working with her and having the wedding of your dreams !

    We were lucky enough to get a sneak peak of this amazing venue back in November and we immediately understood why our son and daughter-in-law had fallen in love with Mountain View Menagerie. Even then, Kimberly shared her vision for what was still to come - and she absolutely delivered. From the snow capped Mountain View’s surrounding the outdoor space to the elegant indoor venue, every corner was stunning. Kimberly’s attention to detail, dedication, and passion helped create a day that was nothing short of magical.

    From our first walkthrough, Kimberly from Mountain View Menagerie was so helpful in answering all of our questions and making us feel confident in our decision to work with them. She understood what we wanted for our wedding day and helped us plan every detail. The venue itself is stunning with both indoor and outdoor spaces that gave us so many options for our ceremony and reception. One of our favorite touches was their horse trailer bar - it was so beautiful and became a real conversation starter with our guests. We felt taken care of from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a special place to get married.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. A deposit is required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due in installments with final payment due 90 days prior to event.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we offer date rescheduling options depending on availability. Please contact us for more details.
Our venue rental includes access to the barn, outdoor ceremony spaces, tables and chairs, a bridal suite,floral, centerpieces, and parking.
We do not provide in-house catering, but we have a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our venue. Any caterer must be licensed and insured with prior approval by the venue
Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Venue will provide preferred options for this choice.
Yes, we have ample parking for guests, including designated parking for vendors.
Yes, we have partnerships with local hotels and bed-and-breakfasts that offer special rates for our guests. All options are within 10 minutes for guests that are requesting to stay.
Yes, we have a beautifully designed bridal suite. A new designed grooms lounge is in design now but availability is not yet known for future events.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations, as long as they do not cause damage to the venue. Open flames, nails, and confetti are not allowed.
Basic setup and breakdown of tables and chairs are included in your rental. Full-service setup and cleanup options are available for an additional fee.
Absolutely! We have multiple picturesque outdoor ceremony spots available with stunning mountain views.
Yes, you are free to bring your own licensed and insured vendors, including caterers, florists, DJs, and photographers. We also have a list of recommended vendors who are familiar with our venue. A minimal fee does apply to the use of non preferred vendor's.
No, Your DJ will need to bring desired sound system for your event.
Yes, we comply with local noise ordinances. Outdoor amplified music must end by 9:00PM, but the indoor reception can continue until 10:00PM
No, Pets are not allowed. The farm has many animals onsite and can provide animals or petting zoos at an additional expense. Example of animals: Horse, Mini Horse, Mini Pigs, Mini Cow, Mini Goats, Alpaca, Ducks, Chickens, Wallabies and more!
Yes, we do not allow open flames, nails, staples, confetti, or glitter. Fireworks and sky lanterns are also prohibited for safety reasons. If you have special request just ask! We are happy to accommodate anything that makes sense for our venue.
Yes, we require all clients to obtain $1,000,000 in event insurance. This helps protect you and your guests in case of unforeseen circumstances. We are happy to assist in providing a vendor for your special day.
