A modern 3,445 square foot barn illuminated with Edison lights, the Legacy Barn offers the perfect location for your wedding reception. The space can accommodate up to 200 guests and is equipped with heat for comfort in all seasons. Couples have access to a high definition projector and an 80” drop down screen to showcase photos and videos. Step outside and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains and Longs Peak, all while sitting beside a cozy fire pit making s'mores.

Step into the heart of our historic Fort Lodge, where the Whispering Lights Courtyard glows beneath strings of Edison lights. This secluded 2,500 sq. ft. space holds up to 150 guests for an outdoor reception, intimate ceremony, or lively rehearsal dinner, with a courtyard bar close at hand. Climb to the upper deck for sweeping sunset views and unforgettable photos — one of Colorado's most distinctive historic wedding settings.

Just steps from the Fort Lodge, the Cottonwood Grove unfolds across two acres beneath 30+ mature cottonwood trees. This tranquil setting offers an elegant natural backdrop for your vows, with quiet meadow views stretching toward the Rockies. Spacious enough for grand celebrations yet still blissfully intimate, the Cottonwood Grove comfortably hosts up to 450 guests or more for an outdoor ceremony or reception surrounded by the quiet beauty of the ranch.

Perched atop a bluff where the land meets the sky, Heaven's Whisper offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside — an enchanting 1,500 sq. ft. setting for vows exchanged above it all. Comfortably suited for up to 125 guests, this elevated overlook brings quiet drama to your ceremony, with nothing between you and the horizon but open Colorado sky.

Above the Whispering Lights Courtyard, a short flight of stairs leads to the Grand Rooftop Terrace — 2,000 sq. ft. of open-air elegance with panoramic views across the countryside. Ideal for cocktail hour, a dramatic vow exchange, or a quiet moment away from the celebration, this rooftop setting holds up to 100 guests and lets you take in the ranch from above, sky and horizon in every direction.

Along the South Platte River, a full acre of shoreline opens onto the Riverside — a scenic setting for a reception or private gathering beneath open sky. With the water close at hand and cottonwoods lining the banks, this is the ranch at its most unhurried. The Riverside comfortably hosts up to 150 guests and is available as an addition to your celebration.
