      Housed in a beautifully preserved quartzite and brick building dating back to 1887, Mosaic was formerly known as the Museum of Visual Materials before rebranding to better reflect its expanded mission: to be a place where people can learn, play, create, and celebrate. By day, Mosaic offers accessible, low-cost art classes and creative workshops for students and adults of all ages and abilities — from youth art instruction to special programs for adults and community classes — fostering artistic expression and skill building.
